The Local railroad has allowed the convention to bring folks to the rail yard for a tour of the facilities.   You will be able to see the yard, office, switching leads and other shops that make the railroad work.  Bring your camera.

2010 Alamo Rails Convention, June 2-6, 2010, in San Antonio, TX. Several lucky individuals will be selected to operate a train using the UP Loco simulator located at Sosan Yard, San Antonio, TX.

Our tour will include Sosan Yard, San Antonio, TX, Car and Locomotive

Facilities, Remote control switching demo, and other facilities.  In addition, we are planning a visit to one of the newest Intermodal Facilities in the country.  The San Antonio Intermodal Terminal or SAIT.
